  Avoid this real estate..they will not return your bond even if you professionally steam clean carpets, 20 years old mattresses, and bond clean the property.They will write all the lies in the exit report..btw if anyone from there are reading this..when will I get my 9 days rent rufund that you debited from my account and my bond???and do respond to my emails... Very unprofessional..:

  this agent absolutely sucks for rentals. they will rob ur entire bond from you and are never considerate about tenants. they only offer cheap rentals but they donot care about tenants at all. dont go for their cheap rentals , you will suffer and not get any bond back also

  Professional & experienced agents. The property management team have looked after my two properties for the past 7 years. I am always kept in the loop with repairs and my duties as a landlord.

  would give these frauds 0 star if it was possible. I dont recommend anyone to use this real estate for renting purpose. they wont return back a single $ of your bond no matter how clean you leave the property(cause they do the final inspection and write all the lies possible in the exit report ). Me and my partner are a professional commercial cleaners for Cmbm services and the agent in this office even rudely said to my partner that he doesnt believe that we are cleaners. First, it should not matter to you Mr. jordan how many jobs we do. other thing, you are there to serve both tenants and owners (thats brokers job), but what you are doing is making the owners happy at any costs.   This guys are just terrible... they are only owner friendly.. they don't give a damn about tenants...keep increasing rents continuously and also charge a bloody fee for every direct debit of rent. The lazy bastards have outsourced the rent direct debit and charge u 1.50$ every week for taking out ur own rent from ur account...... You will also never receive most of ur bond no matter what a great job u do or even hire professional cleaning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
